Right now there is nothing related to singing or even acting. This time around he has ventured into clothing business with his very own and exclusive brand SILK. Fawad Afzal Khan who entered into showbiz through modeling and later stepped into singing and acting, is not new to the designer world and it's been quite some time that he is walking ramp for various top designers, showcasing their collections and recently even appeared as the much talked about Showstopper at the Bridal fashion week 2011. It seems that Fawad has got a real intelligent brain, as this range is specially designed to capture his vision for the modern women, as stated on the brand's official page. Seeing the enormous success he got through Humsafar, he has made a smart move to capture the female market. Girls are literally going crazy for him after he played the role of ASHAR HUSSAIN. His fan following has surely sky-rocketed in the recent past specially the female one. It won't be really surprising to see them once again going all-out for his clothing range. The brand basically deals with ready to wear prêt clothing line. A 30 second promo was also released showing the closeness of silk to nature and how it is a vital element of our own skin too. Keeping the track record of Fawad Khan and how he has excelled in every field he has touched, it will be interesting to see how good response, he gets from his clothing brand. There are many giant names already present in this business. But Fawad is definitely going to capitalize on his female following in this venture which can be clearly seen by his move of launching a clothing brand exclusively for women.
