Artist Bio: Affaq Mushtaq is a young musician from Rawalpindi who has been involved with music since an early age owing to his exposure through his father, the Late Master Mushtaq, and his musical career as a composer on PTV. At the tender age of only 21, Affaq has already dedicated 15 years of his life to following his father’s footsteps. Working as a session musician with ATV and as singer with PTV, Affaq’s hope is that Ufone Uth Records 2.0 will provide him the platform he needs to showcase his talents. Affaq’s musical talents are not restricted to his vocals but also extend to playing the Tabla, Flute, Keyboard, Harmonium & Guitar. It is this versatility that has provided him with the liberty to choose the style and sound of his own compositions. At Ufone Uth Records 2.0 Affaq performed, his song ‘Angunn’ and also collaborated with the iconic Pakistani artist Aamir Zaki.
