Bachchan who has been hospitalized these days, is spending his time watching the series of Coke Studio. Moments ago, he tweeted from his hospital bed: Been listening to Coke Studio .. such talent within and across the border .. soulful, caressing, almost taking the pain away .. He further tweeted about his experience listening to Coke Studio: The haunting melodies of Coke Studio still remain, and fill you up with emotion .. the tears well up in appreciation !! No matter if you have achieved a lot as a celebrity or you happen to be just a beginner in the entertainment world, Indians give a response full of warmth showing they care about you amidst the whole galaxy of so many other stars. Something of the same experience hit Shahvaar Ali Khan as a bolt from the blue making a pleasant surprise when he signed his first autograph in India while attending his college friend's wedding in Goa. While he enjoyed signing wishes to his fan, Ranbir Kapoor and Jackky Bhagnani looked at his new starlet stage. He described his experience to an interviewer from an Indian newspaper saying: "A waiter came in the room to serve us coffee – while I assumed it was normal of him to ask Ranbir/Jackky for their autographs as established celebrities, I have no qualms about accepting the fact that I was quite startled to have been asked for an autograph amidst stars like Ranbir and others, sitting in Goa far from my home in Lahore – I guess Filmein Shilmein Chalein Gi, Hum Gaane Shaane Gain Ge!" Shahvaar's music has received a generous response in Pakistan too with the music-lovers accepting his style. He considers himself lucky and admires David Dhawan's taste for music, saying: "Had it not been for my Trinity College friend, director Rohit Dhawan’s instant intuitive ability to gauge novel music and compassionate encouragement of David (Dhawan) Uncle, my track Filmein Shilmein would have never featured in the background score of Akshay Kumar, John Abraham and Deepika Padukone starrer Desi Boyz." He is satisfied with the film's music, despite the film not doing well. Shahvaar said: "Despite the movie getting an adult rating at the last minute that affected its business, the film’s music has been received with aplomb – this speaks volumes of Rohit’s sense for new age mainstream music above and beyond Pritam sir’s magic with his melodies and the little impact of my composition Filmein Shilmein." Shahvaar is all dazed himself with the humility he experienced at the hands of none other than John Abraham himself. Hadiqa, whose name was being recommended by many music freaks since last many seasons, has finally hit the Coke Studio. We were hearing about her inclusion in Coke Studio Season 5 from many sources but wasn’t sure till she accepted herself. She recently appeared in GEO TVs morning TV show “Utho Jago Pakistan” and on a question that what’s next coming up for her music fans, she disclosed the biggest news. Hadiqa revealed that she has recently DONE with the Coke Studio and she is hoping her fans would really like her performance. She said: “Recently, I am done with the Coke Studio and my fans will soon see me on their TV screens performing there in Coke Studio. I hope my fans would really like my performance there”. Hadiqa before going LIVE on the show had updated status on her Facebook page that she will be revealing some cool surprises. Mustafa Zahid is Excited to Sing for Bollywood, but Music Was Not Always His Passion Posted: 17 Feb 2012 06:40 AM PST By Sidrah Zaheer Pakistani pop singer Mustafa Zahid is not new to Bollywood as he had previously worked on such songs as Awaarapan, Toh fir ao, Tere mere rishta, Khuda kay liye and others. This time, Mahesh Bhatt had three of his songs in the new movie Blood Money. Mustafa said during an interview with an Indian newspaper that he thinks Pakistani music holds an influence in Bollywood. He is currently in India, but will return to Pakistan shortly only to go back again to India for a show of his. The details of the schedule have not been planned as yet, but it will take place in Haryana and he is more than excitedly to perform for his fans there. About his experience working on Blood Money, Mustafa said: "I have enjoyed doing the soulful and melodious tracks in the movie Blood Money. I ‘m fond of rock fusion and hence have blended rock and Sufi music in the song tracks. The songs are composed on the storyline and it will be very catchy kind of music." About his experience in general in Bollywood, he said: "It has been a rewarding experience. I couldn’t have expected more than this. It’s been a beautiful journey in Bollywood and it gives me a high when people walk up to me and remember my song.I seriously had no problems working in Indian music industry. I have learnt a lot and hope to carry it forward in future too." But singing in Bollywood is not all that he is up to. He will release his next music album soon along with his rock band Roxen. One could never suspect that Mustafa Zahid who seems so much involved with his music, has not initially been this way. The most shocking of all is his confession that he never thought of being a singer. He explains why this is the case with him saying: "I have a musical background, but had never imagined that I would ever get into music. I was known as a good debater in my school and college days and no one ever imagined that I would get into singing. It just happened all of a sudden. I remember I was hosting my college fest and there was a musical competition where I just hummed few lines, after which all my college staff and friends just encouraged me and pushed me into singing. Frankly, it was then that I decided to take up singing seriously. With no formal training in music I started playing the guitar and singing and composing my own songs. It’s very commonly seen in Pakistan, at every home kids know to play guitar and sing songs. So even for me, when I picked up playing the guitar it wasn’t that difficult and I picked it up fast." But he holds a lot of hope from Pakistani music industry and evaluates how he sees it saying: "The Pakistan music industry is growing day by day and we saw a lot of changes over these years. Earlier Pakistan music would mean only Sufi music but now you have various elements in the music. Undoubtedly, Sufi music is very well appreciated all over the globe. But many still get confused with Sufi music; they actually don’t know the real meaning. Today there are lots of new upcoming Pakistani bands who play a lot of Sufi music, but that is not original, called Sufi music. It has lot of fusion and remixes. Original Sufi music is more soulful and spiritual and performed at dargahs and shrines. But now the trend has changed and the Pakistani music has included various new elements to make it more popular." According to various reports from Indian News Agencies, the Pirated music website Songs.PK will soon be banned in India. Three industry bodies, including one music company, have filed a case in Calcutta High court to ban the music sharing website. The bodies are asking for a legal restraint on 11 ISPs to block the music website Songs.Pk Songs.Pk which is popular worldwide for uploading free bollywood songs, is now seriously hurting the music business. The site serves millions of pages and free downloads to users and is ranked 889 in World ranking of websites. The site is also among top 100 websites of India and Pakistan, according to Alexa It is also worth mentioning here that Songs.PK used to put Pakistani Albums for download on its site. After Fire Records took a major crack down on local sites, the site had started complying with the Record Label. Keeping the consequences in mind, the owner of Songs.pk had left Pakistan and later shifted to some European country. As per our information, the owner of music website belongs to some area of Punjab, Pakistan. The site earns millions of Rupees just  from various third party ad networks.
